Military Leave
The University grants military leaves of absence to employees who volunteer or are
called to serve on active duty in the armed forces of the United States. Any regular
employee called to active duty or military training is eligible for paid leave and
benefits based on the terms outlined in Loyola's Military Leave policy. For details
please refer to the Staff and Administrator Policy Manual, Section 6.12. The information on this site is provided for general reference and may be updated
or changed at any time. The University reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend,
or discontinue policies or programs without prior notice.
