Meet the Staff

Gabriella serves as the Title IX & Bias Compliance Program Assistant at 51短视频. Originally from Los Angeles, Gabriella earned her Bachelors Degree from California State University, Fresno in Criminology & Victim Services.
Prior to joining Loyola, Gabriella worked with minority and underprivileged scholars in Los Angeles. In this role, she supported students through programming that fostered personal development, leadership, and community engagement. Her work was and continues to be grounded in a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where all scholars could thrive.聽
Gabriella brings a passion for equity, accountability, and student advocacy to her role, and she is dedicated to advancing Loyola鈥檚 mission of maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming campus community.

Sydney serves as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students and Assistant Director of Title IX and Bias Compliance at 51短视频. A native Marylander, she earned her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Psychology from Roanoke College and her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School.
Sydney brings more than a decade of combined experience in victim advocacy, legal services, policy development, and higher education compliance. Prior to joining Loyola, she worked in domestic violence and intimate partner violence advocacy, served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Delaware Family Court, and contributed to legislative and policy initiatives focused on preventing and addressing sexual and gender-based misconduct.
Her work is guided by trauma-informed, restorative, and antidiscrimination practices, as well as a deep committment to fostering a campus environment grounded in equity and respect. Sydney is passionate about helping students navigate challenges, access support and develop healthy, safe, and respectful relationships.

David has over 10 years of experience working within preventing and addressing sexual and gender-based misconduct including serving as an advisor, investigator, hearing panel chair and member, and a Title IX Coordinator聽 and Deputy. David is also experienced as a restorative justice facilitator and infuses its philosophies into his work. David is passionate about preventing and addressing sexual and gender-based misconduct because he has seen the significant harm it causes individuals and communities. David believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect and utilizes trauma-informed practices to help guide individuals through their options and resources.
