How It Works
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Greyhound Book Bundle program?
Greyhound Book Bundle is a course material model that lowers the cost of materials for students and ensures students have access to all of their required course materials on or before the first day of class. Through this new program, physical books will be conveniently packaged and provided to students on a rental basis, and digital materials will be delivered directly within Moodle. At the end of the term, students will receive email reminders to return their physical course materials to the bookstore.
How does it work?
- Register for your classes and the bookstore will start preparing your course materials.
- One month before classes start, you will receive an email instructing you to select your delivery preference (in-store pickup or shipped directly to you).
- An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or when it ships.
- Your digital materials will be delivered for your course(s) within Moodle.

Students will receive emails and phone calls from the bookstore to remind them to verify their order.
What if I drop a class?
You may return the book to the bookstore on the same terms and timelines currently in place. If you drop a class and enroll in a different class, the bookstore will 鈥渟wap鈥 the required textbooks/codes so that you have what you need.
Can I opt out of the Greyhound Book Bundle?
The Greyhound Book Bundle is designed to provide all required textbooks and course materials at a lower overall cost, with the convenience of having everything ready by the first day of class. This program allows most students to benefit from both financial savings and a more seamless academic experience.
While participation is automatic, students do have the option to opt out by the last day of the add/drop period in the fall semester. Students who choose to opt out will be responsible for purchasing all required course materials on their own, which may result in higher out-of-pocket costs and delayed access to materials.
If you opt out, any physical materials received through the program must be returned. Please note that opting out is not permanent and must be completed each academic year.
